Trying to work out every detail on complicated projects is very time consuming and many decisions that are preemptively decided may need to be altered at a later phase. As a project evolves it is common that situations and business requirements change as new, better ideas emerge and old ideas are thrown out because they were made with false insight. In order to resolve this inherent issue of changing requirements we promote a flexible mindset and methodology that welcomes change as more information becomes clear.

Process Overview

In order to do this we break the entire project into separate digestible bites we call "milestones." Each of these milestones represent a working, functional product. During development we work together to evaluate and refine each milestone until you are satisfied.

Break up the project into use cases in a few working releases or milestones, each of which incorporates a working functional whole. During the develop process we refine the use cases to clear features which we and you evaluate and improve on during the development.
Agile methods focus on developing software in short amounts of time. These are known as iterations with a full project consisting of many iteratons. However, the chief aim is that each iteration produces a functional, usable piece of software.
An iteration is actually a mini-project that includes all the same planning, design, programming, and testing in a large project. Due to the short nature of these iterations, agile is seen as a lower-risk software development model. If the iteration doesn't work, it can be modified without causing significant delays or cost overruns.
Because of its focus on fast turnaround times, the agile model encourages person-to-person communication.
